Our Services utilize advanced neural networks combined with linguistic expertise to deliver high-quality translations that maintain the author's voice while ensuring cultural authenticity.
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. DeerPress.ai will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use our Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age.
By submitting content for translation through our Services, you grant DeerPress.ai a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, process, analyze, and store your content for the purposes of: (i) providing translation services to you; (ii) improving and training our AI translation models; (iii) developing new features and services; and (iv) analyzing usage patterns and service performance. This license survives termination of your account.
You retain all ownership rights to your original content. DeerPress.ai does not claim ownership of any content submitted, uploaded, or otherwise provided by you through our Services.
The translations produced through our Services are provided for your personal or commercial use as specified in your service plan. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the translations complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright laws.
You agree not to submit content that:
DeerPress.ai reserves the right to refuse service, remove or block content, or terminate accounts if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the submitted content violates these Terms.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to our Services, we do not guarantee that our Services will be available at all times. We may experience temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
DeerPress.ai reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Services without liability.
Fees for our Services are specified on our website or within the Services. All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the payment terms in effect at the time of your use of the Services.
All payments made to DeerPress.ai are final and non-refundable. DeerPress.ai may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, but is under no obligation to provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with translation quality, as translation quality assessments are inherently subjective.
You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of our Services, excluding taxes based on DeerPress.ai's net income.
The Services, including all content, features, and functionality thereof, are owned by DeerPress.ai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services, or any content or features accessible through the Services.
If you provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding our Services ("Feedback"), you grant DeerPress.ai an unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free license to use such Feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
We understand that the content you submit for translation may be confidential. DeerPress.ai will handle your content in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not disclose your confidential content to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.
All data submitted to DeerPress.ai is stored exclusively on Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security measures. We do not transfer your data to different countries. For more information about our data security practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
While DeerPress.ai strives to provide accurate and high-quality translations, we do not guarantee perfect translation accuracy. Translation involves interpretation, and our Services may not capture all nuances, idioms, or cultural references perfectly. Users should review translations for sensitive or critical content.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. DEERPRESS.AI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEERPRESS.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES; (D) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR SERVICES BY ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (E) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DEERPRESS.AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO DEERPRESS.AI FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DeerPress.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
DeerPress.ai may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at service@deerpress.ai or by following the instructions provided within the Services.
Upon termination for any reason, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. DeerPress.ai may, at its sole discretion, delete or retain any of your content or data stored on our systems. You will not be entitled to any refunds of any fees paid, regardless of the reason for termination. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, license grants, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, limitations of liability, and governing law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Casper, Wyoming by a single arbitrator selected by DeerPress.ai, and shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator shall not have the authority to award punitive damages or any other damages not measured by the prevailing party's actual damages, and may not make any ruling, finding, or award that does not conform to the terms and conditions of these Terms. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.
ANY ARBITRATION SHALL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST DEERPRESS.AI ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from the courts for matters related to data security, intellectual property, or unauthorized access to the Services.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DeerPress.ai regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
The failure of DeerPress.ai to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without DeerPress.ai's prior written consent. DeerPress.ai may assign these Terms without restriction.
Any notices or other communications provided by DeerPress.ai under these Terms will be given by posting to the Services or via email to the address you provide during account registration.
